Institutional WordPress website and custom private platform for resource sharing, event management, and collaboration across a community of 200+ members.

We initially worked with Wellness West to design and develop their institutional WordPress website, and we continue to provide ongoing support and maintenance.

More recently, they needed a better way to share resources with a community of 200+ collaborators, as their existing SharePoint solution was creating limitations.

We developed a custom solution directly within their website, including:

• A centralized file and resource repository
• Restricted access for registered users
• Event management and calendar
• Community event submissions
• Custom workflows tailored to their organization

The result is a simpler and more efficient platform that allows Wellness West to better serve its community while overcoming the limitations of off-the-shelf tools with a solution built specifically around their needs.
