Southland Career & Technical Education Center (SCTEC)

Institutional website for a new technical education center in Illinois, built as a flexible platform ready to expand with new programs and digital tools.

SCTEC is an ambitious project to create a new Career and Technical Education center in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, bringing together six school districts and providing students with access to career-focused education in areas such as Aviation Technology, Construction Trades, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Safety, and Urban Agriculture.

For the first stage of the project, we worked on creating its institutional website and digital presence, including:

• WordPress website development
• Presentation of the project, vision, and participating school districts
• Training programs and career areas
• Project timeline, news, and updates
• Architectural renders and project information
• A flexible platform designed to grow alongside the school

As SCTEC moves forward, the digital platform is planned to evolve as well. Future stages will provide more in-depth resources for each training program and introduce new digital tools and services for students, teachers, and the broader school community.
